Using this website
This website accepts travel enquiries. Sending an enquiry does not reserve a room, vehicle or tour, and no payment is taken through the enquiry form. Payment arrangements and package-specific terms will be supplied separately before you confirm a booking.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellation requests must be made in writing via email to journeychoice@gmonline.in . Cancellation charges will be applicable as per the tour package selected. These charges will be clearly mentioned in the booking confirmation. In general, the following cancellation charges may apply unless otherwise specified: More than 15 days before travel date – 10% of the package cost 8 to 14 days before travel date – 25% of the package cost 4 to 7 days before travel date – 50% of the package cost Less than 4 days or no-show – 100% of the package cost Special terms may apply during peak seasons, public holidays, or for group bookings and non-refundable accommodations.
Refund Policy
Eligible refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 5–10 working days via the original payment method through Razorpay. Refunds will be initiated only after deducting cancellation charges, applicable taxes, and non-refundable service or booking charges. If a tour or service is cancelled by us due to unavoidable circumstances, you will receive a full refund. No refunds will be given for partially used services, early check-outs, missed activities, or unutilized inclusions.
Payment Gateway Charges
Any Razorpay transaction processing fees, if charged during the original payment, are non-refundable.
Force Majeure
Vihar Tours shall not be responsible for any cancellations, delays, or modifications due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, travel bans, or government restrictions. In such cases, we will work with you to reschedule or offer credits if feasible.
